Koala Tree Planting

A list of organisations in Australia (and some worldwide) that are planting trees for koalas. The first three organisations below encourage hands-on community participation in koala tree planting, others rely on memberships or donations.

Planting trees is one of the most rewarding ways to help koalas. Its outdoors, fun, easy but physical, so at the end of the day you feel happy-tired. You get to visit the most fascinating planting sites (usually a beautiful farm or river), meet locals and their cute working dogs, work with like-minded people who love nature.

In COVID-19 isolation community events are not happening, but by June or July some restrictions may be lifted – now is the time to register for these events.
